REM Pods - Static Detectors
REM Pods and static detectors are two types of devices CRPI uses
to detect unexplained bursts of energy around them during investigations.
REM Pods detect and signal any energy with conductivity that interrupts
an EM field generated around the antenna on the device, out to around 7-inches.
Static detectors are sensitive to triboelectric charges (the static that makes your hair stand on end),
and will light up when such charges are detected around them, up to 3 ft. away.
REM-Pod with Shadow Detection
EM-radiating antenna detects energy disturbances
and fluctuations in close proximity to it.
Built-in shadow detection circuit has a range of up to 75 feet.
REM-Pod-EMT
A more advanced version of the standard REM-Pod.
Has manual and automatic baseline correction in addition to
a programmable 5-Step EM sensitivity "range" adjustment.
Also has a +5/-5 degree ambient temperature Hot & Cold spot detection,
giving both audio and visual indications of temperature changes.
EM/Static Energy Rods (4)
Clear, acrylic rods contain modified E-sensors,
which monitor surrounding EM and static energy fields
and light up according to the strength of the measured energy.
(These devices debuted on an episode of Ghost Adventures,
as they investigated the Bell Witch Cave in Tennessee.)
Vortex Dome
The Vortex Dome is triggered by triboelectric static charge
(the type of static thought to be produced by spirit manifestation).
Its internal antenna can detect static fields that are not
visible to the human eye, from as far as three feet away.
Once the device is triggered it sets off the 8 colored LED's,
which also can show the direction of travel of the field.
Parascope
Picks up triboelectric static fields and displays them visually on a 3" LED tower.
Designed for paranormal investigations to detect fields we cannot see with our eyes,
such as ones causing the hair lifting up on the arm during an investigation.
